Q: Do I have to pay for service calls or filter replacements?

 

A: With many other companies, yes.  With Quench, never.  All service, maintenance, and filter changes are included in the low flat-rate invoice you receive from us.

 

Q: What if there is a leak or some other issue with my system?

 

A: All Quench machines have a leak detection system.  If the machine detects a leak, the water supply is shut off, thereby preventing any water damage.  If you need service for any reason, call 1-888-554-2782 and we’ll have a certified technician at your doorstep right away.
